About Me

753A2923Starting my professional life as a solicitor, I have worked in the public and private sectors and owned a successful community law firm. Seeking new challenges I then re-qualified in International Human Resources and worked for several years leading the HR function across Europe Middle East & Africa for a US owned multi-national Corporation undergoing significant change. I worked with colleagues and social partners across the region to align the People and Organisation Development strategy with the business strategy to achieve step change and culture transformation ensuring a sustainable business-model for the future. I subsequently led the HR department in a large London University, then, looking to learn about a different sector I headed UK HR for a European Transport operator. Projects latterly included strategic Talent Management design and leadership of Group Talent Management programmes.

My qualifications include a bachelors law degree (LLB), an international HR masters degree (MSc) and professional legal and HR credentials.
